We use third-party banking like PayPal and Shop Pay to verify payment, We will only contact you with order details or if you opt in to our newsletter.
Customers' privacy is important to us to build a loyal fan base and keep customers returning so rest assured your details are secure.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK & DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. INQ Clothing does not cover or reimburse customs fees and cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by customs authorities.
Returns are NOT accepted from outside of the UK, and by placing an order from outside the UK, you agree that any customs fees are payable by the customer and that returns are not applicable.
ORDERS FROM THE UK & RETURNS
For orders from the UK, customs duties will not apply. However, by placing an order, you agree that all return postage is to be covered by the customer, and INQ Clothing is not responsible for paying the shipping fee back to us.
Our returns policy is that if the order does not match what you have ordered, or if there is an issue with your item, you are to email info@inqclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you a return form to complete. Returns will NOT be accepted outside of this time frame.
You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange, excluding postage, if we are notified within 7 days. Anything outside this time frame cannot be returned or refunded
